Sitting isn’t poison and your posture isn’t ruined. But holding any position for nine hours a day does make you good at that position and worse at the others, and that’s a genuine problem with a boring solution.

Four short lessons, one ten-minute sequence, and no equipment. It’s free because there’s no reason it shouldn’t be.

What you'll learn

  • Open hips that have been held in flexion all day, in four movements
  • Undo a forward head position without cracking anything
  • Get your arms overhead again without pinching at the top
  • Fit the whole sequence into ten minutes you're already wasting

The curriculum

5 lessons · 36 min · 1 quiz

Free, ten minutes, no equipment, and the couch stretch actually works once she explains the pelvic tuck. Everyone at my office should do this.

  • Theo A.

The point that my sore neck is fatigued rather than tight reframed years of pointless stretching. Chin nods are unglamorous and they work.

  • Marta K.

Genuinely useful and refreshingly unalarmist about sitting. The three-minute version is what I actually do most days.

  • Owen L.

The 90/90 rotation was almost impossible in week one and is now comfortable. Hard to believe this is free.
