Protein, Without the Noise

How much you actually need, where to get it on an ordinary budget, and why almost every supplement conversation is a distraction.

Protein is the most over-discussed nutrient in the world and one of the least complicated. Almost everything worth knowing fits in an afternoon; the rest is marketing built on top of a genuinely small set of facts.

This course gives you the small set of facts, a target you can calculate yourself, and a shopping list that doesn’t route through a supplement shop. It also teaches you to read the studies these claims are built on, which is the part that keeps paying off long after you’ve forgotten the numbers.

What you'll learn

  • Work out your own protein target in about ninety seconds
  • Hit that target from ordinary food, on an ordinary shopping budget
  • Read a supplement label and see exactly what you're paying for
  • Spread protein across the day without turning meals into arithmetic
  • Tell a genuine finding from a headline dressed up as one

Sam teaches food that fuels a normal week, not a meal plan. No elimination diets, no supplement stacks - just what the evidence actually supports and what's realistic to cook on a Tuesday.

Ninety seconds to work out my target, then a lesson on cheap sources that never once mentioned a tub. Long overdue.

  • Idris M.

The lesson on reading a study is the most valuable thing here and it has nothing to do with protein. I use those five questions constantly now.

  • Petra W.

Clear and well argued. The powder lesson is fair rather than dismissive, which I did not expect.

  • Tomás R.

The end-of-course check caught me out on two questions I would have sworn I knew. Went back to the distribution lesson and it landed properly the second time.

  • Louis G.

Sam is refreshingly uninterested in selling anything. Dried lentils topping the value list says everything about this course.

  • Naomi B.

Very good. The distribution lesson finally killed the thirty-minute window idea I had been organising my day around.
